Another book with the one that I am delighted! The book The recipes of the happiness of Sandeea, of the blog The Recipe of the Happiness, is very very pretty, with some very colorful recipes, some precious photos and with their little bit of humor. I've done a few and all have been a success. Today I leave you some cookies that flew for the moment, they are delicious! In the book are the cookies with roses.

That you spend a very good weekend! :)

Butter biscuits

300 g. of flour
125 g. of icing sugar
125 g. cold butter cut into cubes
1 medium egg
1 pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients by hand or with a food processor (me in thermomix) until we have a homogeneous mass. We make a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take the ball out, cut it in two and with a rolling pin we stretch the dough between two sheets of vegetable paper, the thickness is about 5 mm . although I have been more chubby.
We cut with a pastry cutter, put them on a baking tray covered with vegetable paper and put them in the oven preheated to 170º for 10 minutes.

* I used the same ingredients but I skipped some steps in the development.
