Whole kitchen en his salty proposal for the month of June invites us to prepare a classic of British cuisine: CORONATION CHICKEN.

After a few months of rest, we return with great enthusiasm to the Whole kitchen proposals. I signed up again because I had problems with the computer and until yesterday I could not enter the new blog and see the recipe so I could not buy the ingredients that I needed and I had to run to get to publish it.
I tried to follow the Nigella Lawson recipe they gave us, but I made some small changes and half the ingredients.
The sandwiches are delicious, I think I'm going to tire my family of doing them so much !!

Coronation chicken

1 spring onion
15 gr. of tomato sauce
3 gr. of curry
Juice of half a lemon small
15 gr. of plum jam
75 gr. of mayonnaise
250 gr. of cooked chicken breast
50 gr. of raisins
2 tablespoons of olive oil
7 slices of sliced ​​bread

We chopped the chicken and reserved it.
We finely chop the chives and sauté them in a pan with the 2 spoonfuls of oil until transparent.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the curry, tomato sauce, jam, lemon juice, raisins and mayonnaise and mix until it is well integrated.
Let cool and we present it to taste. I have made some sandwiches and rolls.
