Apple and walnut cake

Hello! To snack this rainy afternoon nothing better than a piece of sponge cake with a very hot coffee.
The recipe is from the booklet that brought the mold that I used. It's a small cake, about 4 servings.
I hope you like it!
Kisses

Apple and walnut sponge cake
60 gr. of butter
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg60 gr. of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
50 gr. of chopped nuts to taste
150 gr. of apple pieces
Mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the egg, beat, add the flour mixed with the yeast and mix again. Next we put the nuts and the pieces of apple, we integrate well and we put everything in a greased mold.
We put in the oven preheated to 180º for 30 minutes.
We let temper about 5 minutes in the mold, we unmold and we let it cool down completely on a metal grid.
