Chicken fillets on top


This morning I had many things to do and thinking about doing something quick for lunch, I remembered a recipe I had seen in the book Kitchen for impostors , it is very easy and for a rush comes very good.
Although I do not like these soups, I have to admit that it was good and my children have left the dishes clean.

Chicken fillets on the top

8 chicken breast fillets cut in half
an onion soup sachet
400 ml.of evaporated milk
Preheating the oven to 210º.
We wash and clean the fillets if they bring some fat or some small bones.
We put them in a dish suitable for baking, mix the evaporated milk with the onion soup envelope and pour over the fillets.
We put in the oven for 20 minutes.Preview
