Pan enriched (La cocinera)
300 ml.de agua
10 grs. of salt
10 grs. of sugar and 1 egg
25 grs. of butter to dice and 500 grs. of flour of force
25 grs. of fresh yeast
We put all the ingredients in the bucket, in the order indicated. We connect the program 13.
When finished, dump the dough on a floured surface and shape it. bread on a baking sheet, cover with a cloth and let rise until it doubles its volume (1 hour approximately)
Preheat the oven to 230º and cook 45 minutes approximately.
To obtain a crispy crust place a container with Water at the base of the oven and spray the bread with water just before baking.
Let cool on a rack.
